13th March 2024 | Jammu: Under the esteemed leadership of President Sh. Pavitar Singh, Shree Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha, Jammu and Kashmir, has disbursed scholarships totaling Rs Fifty Thousand to deserving students from the Economically Weaker Section, continuing its commitment to support education and upliftment within the community.

Mr. Ashish Katoch, Organising Secretary of Shree Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha, Jammu and Kashmir, emphasized, “The Sabha is dedicated to the welfare and brighter future of the Rajput Community in J&K.”

“To date, the Sabha, has distributed a commendable sum of Rs Eleven Lakh Twelve Thousand (Rs 11,12,000) in educational scholarships, benefiting numerous students of the Rajput community and empowering them to pursue their academic aspirations, particularly those from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS),” he added.

The generous financial support, made possible through the contributions of Four Hundred Eighty (480) members of the Rajput community, underscores the collective commitment to nurturing and supporting the educational endeavors of fellow Rajput community members.

In addition to its scholarship initiative, SAKRS J&K provides financial assistance under various welfare initiatives, addressing the diverse needs of the community. A total disbursement of Rs Twenty Lakh Ninety-Four Thousand (Rs 20,94,000) has been made under education/sports scholarships, marriage assistance, widow pension, family pension, old age pension, and other funds.

Under the visionary guidance of President Sh. Pavitar Singh, a retired judge, the SAKRS J&K remains steadfast in its efforts to promote educational, social, and cultural initiatives, strengthening community bonds, and fostering progress within the Rajput community.
